At Senior Computer Services International, we are committed to providing quality education, online learning services, and IT managed services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund request, and therefore, this Refund Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures for refunds.

1. General Policy

1.1 All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to finance@scsinternational.org or through our official contact channels.
1.2 Refunds will be processed only after verification of payment and approval by our finance department.
1.3 Refunds are subject to processing timelines of 7–14 business days depending on the payment method.
1.4 All refunds will be issued through the same payment method originally used unless otherwise agreed.

2. Education & Training Services

2.1 Physical Studies (On-Campus Learning)

  • Students enrolling in physical classes may pay tuition in installments.

  • If a student withdraws before the start of classes, they are eligible for a full refund of tuition already paid (excluding non-refundable administrative fees such as registration, ID card, and uniform fees).

  • If a student withdraws after classes begin, only the unused portion of tuition may be refunded, subject to approval.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of withdrawal.

2.2 Online Studies (learning.scsinternational.org)

  • Online programs must be paid for in full at the time of enrollment.

  • No partial refunds are allowed for online programs once access to course materials has been granted.

  • If a program is cancelled by the institution for any reason, students are entitled to a full refund.

3. IT Managed Services

  • Payments for IT Managed Services are refundable only if a cancellation request is made at least 7 days before the scheduled start of service delivery.

  • If cancellation is made within 7 days of service commencement, refunds may not be possible as resources may have already been allocated.

  • In cases where Senior Computer Services International cancels the service due to operational reasons, clients are entitled to a full refund.

4. Special Circumstances

Refunds will be considered in full under the following situations:

  • Cancellation of services, courses, or training by Senior Computer Services International.

  • Overpayment or duplicate payments made by clients or students.

  • Administrative errors on the part of Senior Computer Services International.

5. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Registration fees

  • Student ID fees

  • Branded learning materials (e.g., T-shirts, books, or equipment already issued)

  • Examination and certification fees already submitted to third-party examining bodies
